dvLED for Conference and Meeting Rooms

A meeting room is where decisions get made, often on what is on the wall. The display has to be readable from every seat, seamless across the whole content, and ready the second the room is.

The challenge

What this room demands

Readable from every seat

A conference room is wide and shallow, so the wall has to stay sharp and evenly bright from the head of the table and from the far side.

One surface, no bezels

Plans, documents and video calls run across a single continuous image, with nothing cutting through the content.

Right in a room with windows

Meeting rooms have daylight. The display has to hold contrast and color with the blinds open.

Ready when the meeting starts

A wall that hesitates at the start of a meeting costs more attention than it saves.

The TRUE approach

A wall that behaves like part of the room

We supply fine pitch dvLED for boardrooms, meeting rooms and presentation spaces, driven by the ERMAC control system. Panel and control come from one company, so the wall is calibrated as one system rather than assembled from parts.

Fine pitch for close viewing

Pitches from 0.6 to 2.5 keep text, tables and technical drawings crisp at conference table distance.

Color you can present on

Pantone validated color through the Color Space Engine, so brand material, product renders and photography read correctly in the room.

Built into the architecture

A flat, seamless surface with shallow build depth lets the wall sit flush in joinery, in a wall recess or on a stand.

One supplier for the whole wall

Because we develop the panels and the control system, there is one contact and one support line for the entire installation.

Proof

Where it earns its place

TRUE walls run in boardrooms, meeting rooms and dialogue spaces across ministries and enterprises, including installations for the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.

FAQ

Conference and Meeting Rooms questions

Which pixel pitch suits a conference room?

Read the pitch in millimetres as the minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres. Around a conference table people sit roughly 2 to 6 metres away, so pitches between 1.2 and 2.5 usually fit, and finer pitches down to 0.6 are used where people stand close to the wall to study detail.

Why choose dvLED over projection or a large flat panel for a meeting room?

A dvLED wall gives one seamless surface at any size, with no bezels through the content and no light falling off in a room with daylight. It stays bright with the blinds open, and it can be built to the exact width of the wall rather than to a fixed panel size.

Can a dvLED wall show video calls and normal desktop content?

Yes. The wall behaves like a very large display, so video conferencing, presentations, plans and live desktop content all run on it. The ERMAC control system handles the scaling and the color so the image stays correct whatever the source.
