One company builds the LED panel and the control system.
Every other supplier makes either the panels or the processing. TRUE Performance develops and manufactures both, in Europe, for more than thirty years. That is why we reach a level of color and detail accuracy the market does not, and why the most demanding brands choose our walls for the rooms where color has to be right.

The one thing no one else can say
Most suppliers make either the panels or the processing. TRUE makes both, so nothing is lost in the handover between two companies. That single fact changes what is possible on screen.
Both halves, one source
The LED panel and the control system are developed and produced under one roof. There is no gap between a panel supplier and a controller supplier, because one team owns the entire signal path, from the LED itself to the finished pixel.
Developed and made in Europe
The only dvLED engineered and manufactured in Europe. European research, European production, European support. Not a label placed on a rebranded import.
Three decades, both disciplines
More than thirty years of deep experience in LED panels and in control and processing. Almost no one has mastered one of these for that long. We have done both, and we have done them together.
Reference grade accuracy
Because we calibrate the panel and the processing as one system, we reach a level of color and detail accuracy that separate suppliers cannot. It is the standard the automotive design world expects every day.
From a space program to a world first in color
The engineering behind TRUE began in 1992, with video engineers from a former space program. That lineage led to the first dvLED with its own control system in 1997, and in 2024 to the world’s first Pantone validated dvLED display solution. The same team is now pursuing the world’s first DICOM certified dvLED.
Space program roots
Founded by video engineers who built imaging systems for a former space program, then turned that precision to LED.
World’s first Pantone validated dvLED
The first dvLED display solution in the world to carry Pantone validation, proven together with Porsche Design.
Pursuing DICOM certification
Developing the world’s first DICOM certified dvLED, the color standard trusted in medical imaging.
Color you can measure. Detail you can trust.
When the panel and the control system are built by the same team, the picture stays true from the source all the way to the pixel.
The whole signal path, owned by one team
From the LED surface, whether COB, MIP, SMD or IMD, through to the ERMAC control system, every link is TRUE’s own engineering. At its heart sits the Color Space Engine, which holds a Pantone validated reproduction across brightness levels and across production batches, so the signal you send stays untouched all the way to the pixel.

Automotive Design
Color exact studio walls for the world’s car makers.
ExploreVirtual Production
LED volumes that stay locked to the camera at high frame rates.
ExploreBroadcast
Studio and set walls built for live, on air, every night.
ExploreCommand and Control
Mission critical walls that run around the clock, secure by origin.
ExploreDOOH and Sports
Large, bright displays that are impossible to oversee.
ExploreSee it measured, not described
In our permanently operated dvLED Technology Experience Center in Kassel, color accuracy is measured, not claimed. Compare panels side by side, watch the Color Space Engine hold a color across brightness levels, and judge the result with instruments rather than opinion.

Where the world’s brands go bright
dvLED, answered
What makes TRUE Performance different from other dvLED suppliers?
TRUE Performance develops and manufactures both the LED panels and the control and processing system in house, in Europe. Almost every supplier makes only one half, either the panels or the controller. Owning both, as one integrated system, is what lets us reach reference grade color and detail accuracy.
Does TRUE really make both the LED panels and the control system?
Yes. Both the panels and the ERMAC control system are TRUE’s own research and production, refined over more than thirty years. It is one calibrated signal path, not parts bought in from separate vendors.
Why does controlling both the panel and the processing improve image quality?
Color and detail accuracy depend on the panel and the processing working as one calibrated system. When one company designs both, calibration runs the whole way through. That is why fields where color has to be exact, such as automotive design, rely on TRUE.
Where is TRUE Performance based, and where is the product made?
TRUE Performance develops and manufactures its dvLED panels and control systems in Europe. It is the only company doing dvLED research and production on the continent.
