DE Plan your dvLED wall
TRUE Performance color engineering setup with calibrated light booth and dvLED at an automotive color and materials forum
Services

From the first idea to the final installation

A dvLED project is more than panels and a processor. We guide you through every step: planning, drawings, structures, signal infrastructure, installation, calibration and the years of operation that follow.

The full lifecycle

One responsibility, from the drawing to the tenth year

Planning and consulting

Evaluation of technical requirements, environment and workflow, so the solution is tailored before the first panel is ordered.

Technical drawings

Precise documentation for your project, including power layouts and data distribution diagrams.

Supporting structures

Custom frames and mounting systems engineered for stability, planned and produced for the building and the wall.

Scenario implementation

Customized preset configurations for brightness, color temperature, gamma, color space and window settings, switched with a single command.

Installation

End to end professional setup: component mounting, cabling and full system calibration.

Input signal infrastructure

Complete planning of signal flow, bandwidth and interface selection, from source to processor.

Onsite service

On location diagnostics, adjustments and restoration with minimal downtime.

Repairs

Component level repairs including LED replacement and mechanical damage restoration.

Extended warranty

Long term coverage options with priority support.

Third party panel adaptation

ERMAC processing and proprietary calibration applied to LED panels from other manufacturers, bringing existing walls up to TRUE image standards.

Onsite Color Space Engine implementation

Hardware level color space calibration performed on site, so the wall reproduces defined color standards in its real environment.

Content optimization consulting

Guidance on preparing content for dvLED: resolution, color space, gamma and playback, so the wall shows material the way it was designed.

See how a TRUE wall goes together

We publish our documentation. The mechanical installation manual walks through a complete assembly: substructure inspection, laser aligned panel rows, ERMAC power and signal connection, and LED cluster service.
