The world’s first Pantone validated dvLED

In 2024, TRUE delivered the world’s first Pantone validated dvLED display solution, carrying both Pantone logo and Pantone SkinTone validation. In automotive design studios, decisions about surface finishes, interior trims and exterior paints are made on these walls, where a small color deviation becomes an expensive mistake. The validation is achieved by calibrating the color space directly inside the display with the Color Space Engine, at hardware level, compensating for the optical and electrical variation of every LED batch.

DICOM Part 14 GSDF grayscale performance

DICOM, Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine, is the international standard for handling and displaying medical images, and its Part 14 defines the Grayscale Standard Display Function. TRUE dvLED delivers grayscale performance conformant with DICOM Part 14 GSDF, through precise luminance control, stable gamma and high bit depth internal processing, so luminance steps and fine detail reproduce accurately and predictably. Every display can be supplied with a full measurement protocol that documents the conformance.
