We are the only company in Europe that engineers both halves of a direct view LED wall, the panel logic and the control system, as one product. The industry has trusted this engineering since the 1990s under the name EKTA, and later EKTA Vision in Germany. That continuity is why our walls reach a level of color and detail accuracy the market does not.
Every image, exactly as it was imagined
Our mission is to render every image on our dvLED displays exactly as a designer imagined it, in color, detail and behavior, without compromise. A finished product is never the LED panel or the control system on its own. It is the two engineered as one.
From a space program to a world first in color
The precision that defines TRUE began long before the company carried its name. Many in the industry have known this engineering since the 1990s as EKTA, and as EKTA Vision in Germany. Here is the path, from the first LED displays to the world’s first Pantone validated dvLED.
EKTA is founded by video engineers from a former space program in Ukraine, and begins building LED displays.
EKTA builds and installs the first direct view LED display with its own control system.
EKTA becomes a market leader for direct view LED across Eastern Europe.
EKTA Vision is founded in Germany to bring the technology to Western Europe.
EKTA is recognized across Europe for dvLED developed and produced on the continent.
TRUE Performance is founded in Kassel, Germany, carrying the EKTA engineering forward.
Becomes the trusted choice in automotive design studios.
The Color Space Engine is finalized and proven together with Porsche Design.
Delivers the world’s first Pantone validated dvLED display solution.
dvLED delivered with DICOM Part 14 GSDF grayscale performance and a full measurement protocol.
